Most of our products are customized and will only be made after the order is placed, the production sequence will be arranged according to the time of the order, the latest is not more than 30 days, please place your order as early as possible, the specific production time is based on the product profile!

Shipping Methods offered:
Courier Door delivery: Parcel will be delivered to your door. Someone will need to be able to sign for this package.
Pudo collection point delivery: This parcel will be sent to one of the Pudo boxes of your choice. Perfect option for those who do not have a physical address available where someone can receive a parcel in Business hours or living on a farm. The parcel will need to be collected at one of these points with a Pin code sent to you. For this option select Pudo as shipping option and use the address of the Pudo box as your shipping address. Orders below 100 USD a shipping cost of 6.9 USD will be added to the order. Orders above 100 USD qualifies for free shipping.
We strive to deliver your goods as soon as possible. Depending on your location our parcels are delivered within 7-14 days from the day the parcel was sent. Waybill numbers and courier info will be emailed to you. ( Couriers unfortunately do no contact customers before delivery takes place )
Please note our couriers do not deliver to P.O Box addresses or Farms. All deliveries would need to be signed for. All goods are insured when sent. The risk will be transferred to the client once the parcel was signed for.
We send out Door Delivery and Pargo parcels every Business day of the week. However in busy times your order might only ship out within 30 days after the order was placed.
